Pure Intentions is an independent distributor, buyer, sourcing agent, and concierge procurement service that provides personalized, white-glove support to all clients, regardless of background, status, or circumstance.

While we make every reasonable effort to identify quality products, services, suppliers, and logistics solutions, Pure Intentions does not manufacture, own, control, or operate the third-party vendors, distributors, warehouses, freight carriers, contractors, service providers, or other entities from which products or services are sourced.

All products and services obtained through Pure Intentions are subject to the terms, conditions, warranties, limitations, delivery schedules, return policies, and other requirements established by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, vendor, carrier, or service provider. Pure Intentions cannot guarantee product availability, pricing, lead times, shipping performance, or the acts or omissions of any third party.

Any information, recommendations, referrals, sourcing assistance, or procurement support provided by Pure Intentions is offered in good faith and for general informational purposes only. Customers remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence and determining whether a product, service, supplier, or contractor meets their specific needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Intentions and its owner, Christina M. Galarza, disclaim liability for damages, losses, delays, defects, interruptions, or claims arising from the actions, products, services, or performance of third-party manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, carriers, contractors, or service providers.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal law, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (M.G.L. c. 106), and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A). Any rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable federal or Massachusetts law shall remain unaffected

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting sourcing services, purchasing products, obtaining quotes, or otherwise engaging with Pure Intentions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and services.

2. About Pure Intentions
Pure Intentions is an independent distributor, buyer, sourcing agent, procurement specialist, and concierge support service.

We provide white-glove assistance to individuals, families, businesses, organizations, contractors, and other clients regardless of social, economic, religious, political, or personal status.

Pure Intentions does not manufacture most products offered through its sourcing and procurement services. Products and services are supplied through independent third-party manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, service providers, and logistics companies.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, freight estimates, and delivery schedules are subject to change without notice. Product availability is dependent upon manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and inventory availability at the time of order.

Pure Intentions reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify orders when necessary due to:

  • Supplier limitations

  • Inventory shortages

  • Pricing errors

  • Product discontinuations

  • Fraud concerns

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
     

4. White-Glove Sourcing Services
Pure Intentions provides concierge-style sourcing, procurement assistance, product research, logistics coordination, inventory management support, and supplier referrals.

While we make every reasonable effort to identify suitable products, services, vendors, and solutions, Pure Intentions cannot guarantee:
 

  • Product availability

  • Vendor performance

  • Contractor performance

  • Delivery dates

  • Pricing stability

  • Supplier responsiveness
     

Recommendations are provided in good faith and are based upon information available at the time of service.

5. Third-Party Vendors & Referrals
Products and services sourced through Pure Intentions may be fulfilled by independent third-party:

  • Manufacturers

  • Distributors

  • Suppliers

  • Contractors

  • Installers

  • Freight carriers

  • Warehouses

  • Service providers
     

All purchases remain subject to the applicable terms, conditions, warranties, return policies, limitations, and requirements of those third parties. Pure Intentions does not own, operate, supervise, insure, or control these third-party entities.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must:

  • Photograph the package before opening.

  • Photograph all shipping labels.

  • Photograph any holes, crushing, dents, punctures, water damage, or other visible damage.

  • Retain all original packaging materials.
     

Failure to document visible damage before opening may impact claim eligibility.

7. Concealed Damage Claims
If damage is discovered after opening a package:

  • Stop unpacking whenever possible.

  • Photograph the item immediately.

  • Photograph all packaging materials.

  • Photograph the damaged components.

  • Retain the product and packaging.
     

Damage must be reported to Pure Intentions within 48 hours of delivery, unless a shorter period is required by the supplier, manufacturer, or carrier.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in denial of a claim.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to the policies of the applicable manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or vendor.
Certain items may be:

  • Non-returnable

  • Final sale

  • Made-to-order

  • Custom products

  • Clearance products

  • Hygienic or personal-use items
     

Return authorization may be required before any product is returned. Confirm return policy prior to finalization of orders. 

Restocking fees, return shipping charges, handling fees, and other costs may apply.

9. Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer or service provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Serial numbers

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Installation information

  • Additional documentation requested by the manufacturer
     

Pure Intentions may assist with warranty coordination as a courtesy but cannot approve, deny, or guarantee warranty outcomes.

10. Shipping & Logistics
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates only.
Pure Intentions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Manufacturers

  • Weather

  • Labor disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Acts of God

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Other events beyond our control

     

11. Legal Disclaimer - Extended
Pure Intentions is an independent distributor, sourcing agent, buyer, and concierge procurement service that provides personalized, white-glove support to all clients to the best of its ability.

All products and services sourced through Pure Intentions originate from independent third-party manufacturers, distributors, vendors, contractors, service providers, and carriers.

Any warranties, guarantees, delivery commitments, representations, return policies, or service obligations are those of the applicable third party unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Pure Intentions.

Customers are responsible for performing their own due diligence regarding products, services, vendors, and contractors prior to purchase or engagement.

Pure Intentions shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, delays, defects, damages, shortages, warranty decisions, or performance failures attributable to third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Intentions and Christina M. Galarza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Product purchases

  • Product defects

  • Shipping delays

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Third-party contractor services

  • Warranty determinations

  • Supplier decisions

  • Referral relationships
     

13. Privacy & Data Protection
Pure Intentions complies with applicable federal and Massachusetts privacy and data protection requirements, including:
 

  • M.G.L. c. 214, § 1B (Right to Privacy)

  • M.G.L. c. 93H (Data Security & Breach Notification)

  • 201 CMR 17.00 (Protection of Personal Information)
     

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by:

  • Applicable federal law

  • Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 106 (Uniform Commercial Code)

  • Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A (Consumer Protection)
